WHO EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING EPP

 Guys howdy, Do you know i have had this post in my head for a while now but i have be busy and shying away from posting it just because i feel like i will get bad mouthed for it but now i have come to terms with it and i will post it anyway. First of all, it was a struggle trying to type this cause Ife wanted to suck badly so he was fighting and struggling and trying to push my hands off my laptop. please any typo bear with me. kisses

Mothers and aunties, take it easy, exclusive is not by force but by choice. When i had jina, it was inclusive i did from day one, but in Ife's case i decided to do exclusive just to know how it feels like and so i can compare  but to tell you the truth exclusive is not easy at all and i try to express at it once a day and once at night to make things easier. I use this NATUR breast pump but you can get anyone of your choice from super markets and pharmacies but i feed him with Avent cause he sucks better when i use it.

Please don't get me wrong, exclusive breastfeeding to me is very very good but overwhelming and it takes a person with strong mind to do it,

1: If you are not producing enough milk, you will blame yourself,
2: Your baby eats every time
3: You have to eat well sometimes too much in the name of producing milk
4: If your baby still falls sick, you will feel like their is a disease in your breast milk.

Please judgy moms, take it easy on those mums that do inclusive breastfeeding or breastfeeding with water, stop drinking coke for another mans jollof rice. It's not bad and no their PIKIN will not fall sick or die...what you should do is to advise and let the mom be the one to decide. Most moms enter what they cannot handle just to please their friends and mothers who feel not breastfeeding will kill your baby and after they will be complaining...when they themselves don't do it well

If you go to immunization and you and another mom are gisting and you mistakenly say, you are doing inclusive or adding water even the mothers you are not talking to will chop you raw, For wetin, on top my breast and baby.
