This week has been so not cool and I woke up this morning and I felt the need to write about this. First of all, morning sickness is real especially when you are pregnant and is really uncomfortable and annoying and sometimes it makes you question why you got pregnant in the first place. For some people, they don't go
through anything while people like me undergo it and others cases are even worse.
So some of you have been following my blog and i have been babbling about the stress i have been going through and this second pregnancy isn't as easy as my first and my morning sickness symptoms are different too. I can remember throwing up whenever i smell food or when i go for antenatal and my fellow preggies start bringing out food to eat with different aroma. I can remember crying like a baby cause i even vomited ordinary water. I couldn't keep anything down and
.2. I had small but frequent meals through out the day especially a slice of bread...somehow bread became very appealing to my stomach..lol.
.3.I stayed away from all irritating smells – Deodorant , perfume everything.
.4. Even though i am always thirsty, i drink little water cause water always makes my stomach irritated.
So if you are going through this annoying morning sickness , I really really understand what you are going through but at the end of the day, the bundle of joy that comes out of it will take over you and you will forget, you ever went through such rubbish and in three months you are back for antenatal...lol....
HOW DID YOU OVERCOME OR TAKE CARE OF YOUR MORNING SICKNESS?

How did I handle it in my first and how am i handling it right now?
I am trying everything and nothing really worked but some things make/ made me feel betterThings that made/make me feel better
.1. I always have an apple first thing in the morning. I don't know what they have in them but somehow they make me feel more comfortable.2. I had small but frequent meals through out the day especially a slice of bread...somehow bread became very appealing to my stomach..lol.
