5 WEEKS-WHAT IS IN IFE'S BATH BUCKET PLUS BATH ROUTINE

June 09, 2016
Ife turned 5 weeks on Wednesday. yayyyyyyy!!!, it was just yesterday, i had him. so so excited.  Ife skin isn't changing even though i want him to eventually be darker than he is now overtime but not like charcoal o plus he looks like his dad but has my hands and hairiness. So this morning, i bathed ife for the first time since i had him, it was so fun for me cause i have waited for so long for it to eventually happen and i could feel the
satisfaction in his body language. What an experience. Back to my gist, so a lot of people have been asking me what i use on ife and his bath routine, so i decided to share it here with  everyone and you can share yours too
First of all this is the bucket i  used for jina so the bucket is 2years old. I actually bought the set and obviously i kept it well cause it's still very good. plus being a second time mom has taught me that i should  buy only the necessary things unlike in jina's time i bought everything in this world.
These are all the important  things that ife needs during his bath at least for now but i will break it down one by one and they are self explanatory. I will do a review soon on each of these products. Let me use them for a little while longer.

So these are the things in ife's bath bucket. hope you found this very helpful cause you can use it as an idea on what to buy for your baby or what to add .
HIS BATH ROUTINE:
He baths twice daily, which i feel is appropraite for his age.
First of all, using a small towel, we massage his body, his legs, hands, stomach, and then do a stretching excercise
Then we dilute the water a bit and then bath him making sure to hold him properly and rinsing off any where we bath i.e we don't fully bath him without rinsing off so he won't slip off hands to avoid stories that touch. We do it a little part of his body at a time.
After rinsing off, we clean him up, apply his lotion and oil mixed together on his skin
Apply the Vaseline on his circumcision wound
Wear him his diapers...which i will review soon
Dress him up.
dazall!!! quite simple

what soap product are you using for your baby?
what antiseptic are you using?
what baby lotion and oil are you using on your baby's skin?
