Hey fam, how are you guys it's me again with my wahala ..lol. I know i haven't sat down to write out a proper blog post but make i no lie , my video editor spoil so i'm like why not write something down and this topic has being on my mind for a while now so ....
So many of you already know, I'm a stay at home mom, is even part of my YouTube intro now and I can say at first it wasn't easy but i thank God that being a stay at home mom doesn't necessarily mean just sitting down at home and doing nothing but somehow just being happy with your self for yourself with or without working cause stay at home mom simply means in naija term: "HOUSE WIFE".
SO HERE AR MY 5 TIPS FOR SURVIVING BEING A STAY AT HOME MOM
KNOW WHY YOU ARE A STAY AT HOME MOM: For some, being housewives wasn't their initial decision, something happened. Maybe hubby said don't work (which i find absurd) or kids came and you are like let me kuku just siddon take care of my kids before someone show them pepper or let me take care of the family for a while and when they get older. I'll look for something and do or get a job or just i don't want to work in my life (
yes it happens).
KEEP YOUR BODY, SOUL AND SPIRIT OCCUPIED: These streets are not easy o. See me always posting buy buy buy on social media . it's not because I want to be shouting like conductor o but the moment i just stay and say let me not do anything. Th spirit of depression and back biting sets in and suck out all the joy I'm supposed to be getting and me I wont let that happen so i kuku respect my self and just find something to do cause as they say the devil's workshop is an idle mind.
FIND SOMETHNG TO DO: If you are the type that falls into the category of i want to work but work no gree come then Whatever it is you can do, please do it. For me i sell okrika tire, asin serious bend down select from bras to lingerie, to clothes, to jeans to bags just to save up money to start what i have always wanted to do which is

STOP LISTENING TO PEOPLE AND DEM SAY DEM SAY: See eh people will always talk , for me they assumed a lot . someone went as far as telling me that 'ah you wont want to work nah, your husband has money' and because i have reached that level where i can come and go and kee my self to be arguing with you. I'm like i receive this prophesy in the name of Jesus. Biko I'm praying we get that kind of money that both of us sef will just retire and be enjoying ourselves. Any ways i laughed about it and moved on cause the moment you start arguing with such person, wetin you no want hear go start to come out and it can lead to that same depression you were avoiding since.
SURROUND YOUR SELF WITH POSITIVE VIBES AND PEOPLE: This one no need explanation o but make i still give una. If you put your mind into people that want to always look down on you, talk down on you. you are making the matters worse. I have had friends that have somehow insinuated that I'm not in their level cause i don't have the kind of life they have and e pain me eh. i cried sef but now i have learnt all of the above things. I can survive any thing, any where. Bring it on, sugar and spice. lol.
